Section 01

Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Acuitey AI Ai. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Acuitey AI Ai governing your access to and use of our AI-powered automated cryptocurrency trading platform, website, dashboard, mobile application, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing an AI trading bot, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Section 02

Description of Services

Acuitey AI Ai is an AI-powered automated cryptocurrency trading platform that provides users with access to two trading bot models:

Axion AI ($5 one-time): a beginner-friendly and stable AI trading bot designed for consistent, data-driven execution.
Omnis AI ($10 one-time): an advanced AI trading bot with multi-layered market analysis and faster response to fluctuations.

These AI trading bots autonomously scan cryptocurrency markets, identify opportunities based on real-time market data and algorithmic analysis, and execute trades on your behalf. Users can monitor trading activity, adjust settings, and withdraw profits from the Acuitey AI Ai dashboard.

Section 03

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
You must not be a resident of a country where cryptocurrency trading or AI-assisted trading is prohibited by law.
You must not be subject to sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions that prohibit use of the Services.
You must not have previously had a Acuitey AI Ai account terminated for violating these Terms.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Acuitey AI Ai reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Section 04

Account Registration

4.1 Creating Your Account

To access the Acuitey AI Ai platform, you must register with your full name, valid email address, country of residence, secure password, and referral code if applicable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly recommended.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.

Acuitey AI Ai is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one Acuitey AI Ai account. Multiple-account abuse may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Section 05

AI Trading Bots — Purchase and Activation

5.1 One-Time Payment Model

Access to Acuitey AI Ai bots is offered on a one-time payment basis: Axion AI for $5 and Omnis AI for $10. There are no recurring subscription fees or monthly charges tied to these purchases.

5.2 What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase Axion AI or Omnis AI, you purchase access to an AI-powered trading automation tool hosted on the Acuitey AI Ai platform. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software, algorithm, or intellectual property. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot through your account.

5.3 Activation and Operation

The AI bot begins scanning markets and executing trades autonomously once activated.
Trading activity is logged and visible in real time on your dashboard.
You may pause, stop, or adjust bot settings at any time.
You may monitor entry and exit prices, profit and loss percentages, and trade history.

5.4 No Transfers

Bot purchases are tied to your individual Acuitey AI Ai account and may not be transferred, resold, gifted, or assigned.

Section 06

Financial Risk Disclosure

6.1 Cryptocurrency Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and subject to rapid, unpredictable price movements. Trading involves substantial risk of financial loss, including the possible loss of your entire invested capital.

6.2 AI Trading Bot Risks

AI trading bots rely on algorithmic analysis and cannot guarantee profitable outcomes. Performance may be negatively affected by sudden volatility, flash crashes, low liquidity, technical failures, exchange downtime, geopolitical or macroeconomic events, regulatory changes, and limitations in predicting novel market conditions.

6.3 No Guarantee of Profits

Acuitey AI Ai does not guarantee any profit, return, or performance level. Any metrics, win rates, or historical results shown on the platform are informational only and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

6.4 Only Trade What You Can Afford to Lose

You are solely responsible for evaluating trading risks and for all trading decisions made through your account.

6.5 Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the platform or in Acuitey AI Ai communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Independent professional advice should be sought before engaging in cryptocurrency trading.

Section 07

Fees, Payments, and Withdrawals

7.1 Pricing

The current pricing is Axion AI at $5 one-time and Omnis AI at $10 one-time. Acuitey AI Ai may change pricing at any time, but completed purchases are not affected retroactively.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method. Additional charges from banks, processors, or currency conversion services remain your responsibility.

7.3 Refund Policy

Because AI bot access is digital, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the AI bot has been activated. If a technical issue prevents activation, contact support within 30 days of purchase for review.

7.4 Withdrawals

You may withdraw profits through the dashboard. Acuitey AI Ai does not charge withdrawal fees, but delays caused by third-party networks, exchanges, or wallet providers are outside our control.

Section 08

Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Permitted Use

You may use Acuitey AI Ai only for lawful automated cryptocurrency trading, performance monitoring, and account management in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

Using the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform, user accounts, or servers
Reverse engineering or deriving the source code or algorithm of the trading bots
Transferring accounts or AI bot access to third parties
Scraping or extracting platform data with automated tools
Engaging in manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
Submitting false information or overloading platform infrastructure
Creating multiple accounts to exploit referrals or bypass restrictions

8.3 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, investigation of pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement where required.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

9.1 Acuitey AI Ai Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Acuitey AI Ai and are protected by applicable law.

9.2 License to Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Acuitey AI Ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

9.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Acuitey AI Ai an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

Section 10

Dashboard and Trading Data

10.1 Real-Time Access

Your dashboard may show live trade execution, entry and exit prices, profit and loss data, win rate, and trade history for monitoring and record-keeping.

10.2 Data Accuracy

While Acuitey AI Ai works to keep data timely and accurate, we do not warrant that all displayed information will always be error-free or truly real-time under every circumstance.

10.3 Full User Control

Pause or stop the AI bot at any time
Adjust risk levels, trading pairs, and strategy settings
Review complete trade history and performance metrics
Withdraw profits at any time

Section 11

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Services Provided “As Is”

The Acuitey AI Ai platform and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11.2 No Warranty of Uptime

Although Acuitey AI Ai maintains a 99.8% uptime target, we do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability at all times.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acuitey AI Ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, unauthorized access to servers, transmission interruptions, or harmful code transmitted by third parties.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Acuitey AI Ai’s total cumulative liability to you for claims related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Acuitey AI Ai in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acuitey AI Ai and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, violation of third-party rights, or trading activity conducted through your account.

Section 13

Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as exchanges, wallet providers, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Section 14

Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@Acuitey AI.ai. Before doing so, you should withdraw any available funds because dashboard access will end after closure.

14.2 Termination by Acuitey AI Ai

Acuitey AI Ai may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, pose a security or legal risk, or where required by law.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification, will remain in effect.

Section 15

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

15.2 Informal Resolution

Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact support@Acuitey AI.ai so both parties can try to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.

15.3 Binding Arbitration

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, you and Acuitey AI Ai agree to resolve them through binding arbitration rather than court, except where prohibited by law, and on an individual rather than class basis.

15.4 Exceptions

Either party may still seek injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

Acuitey AI Ai may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date, notify users by email, and post a notice on the platform dashboard.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

Section 17

Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated guidelines, form the entire agreement between you and Acuitey AI Ai regarding use of the Services.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

17.3 No Waiver

Failure by Acuitey AI Ai to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Acuitey AI Ai may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
